Give us 5 good reasons why PMUA shouldn't be reincorporated into the city. You might even get a CFO in the process. How much do we overpay for professional service contracts to the politically-tied vendors who buy our officials with their campaign contributions? What percentage of the contracts stemming from Department of Public Works and Urban Development go out to competitive bid?
